Meet Your Retreat Hosts
We’re so excited to welcome two incredible women to lead our upcoming retreat: Christina and Antigone — experienced yoga instructors, compassionate healers, and soulful guides.
Christina brings a vibrant blend of movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic touch. With years of teaching experience and deep knowledge of massage techniques like Thai, relaxing, and Indian head massage, she offers yoga sessions filled with flow, harmony, and intention — plus deeply nurturing massages to support your body and spirit.
Antigone has been walking the path of yoga for over a decade. Her teaching reflects her diverse training — from dynamic asana and Dharma-inspired sequences to meditative, restorative practices. Grounded in tradition yet open and creative, Antigone’s classes invite deep presence and connection.
Together, they create a retreat experience that’s both energizing and deeply healing.
